Boston is fast approaching and I am really excited. My training is going well but still working on nutrition aspects.

Wow! When I think about everything you´re doing to get your body ready, sometimes it really seems overwhelming. Just from watching the way you eat and how conscious you are to the changes you have made in terms of cutting down on meat preparing your body when you go to other countries it really is amazing...what will you eat in China and Africa before and during your races?
What type of nutrition are you working with?
